為了慶祝室友順利的在冰天雪地的Ann Arbor考上駕照，
也為了感謝她前天煮了一大鍋超美味的滷味，
今天晚上就請她到Ann Arbor屬一屬二的La Dolce Vita 吃甜點去囉！
在寒冷的夜裡，沒有什麼比美味的甜點更能振奮人心的。
雖然La Dolce Vita裡面的沙發座椅安排不太符合人體工學設計，
但整體的氣氛仍然相當舒適誘人，非常適合熱戀中的情侶到此共享甜品。
這是今天的第一道甜點 [Apple Crisp], 其實就是由熱熱的
烤青蘋果與肉桂麵包，以及香草冰淇淋所組成的美味饗宴。
我很喜歡這種酸甜冷熱交織在一起的感覺，
每一口都讓人覺得好幸福好滿足。
接下來的 [Warm Chocolate Melt Cake and Vanilla Bean
Souffle]也是一道很棒的甜點。雖然當叉子切割下去後並沒有
期待中的巧克力熔漿滑出，但還是可以嘗到濃濃的苦甜巧克力
成分，不會讓人覺得過甜，上面的Vanilla Bean Souffle吃起
來蠻像烤蛋白霜與慕斯的综合體，配著下方的巧克力蛋糕一起
吃口感更好呢。
好久沒像今天這樣與好友一起共享甜點，我們在柔和的燈光下
不知不覺聊了三個多小時，好像回到以前在波士頓的美好時光。
Dear PC，下次讓我們把目標鎖定在The Earle，說定了喔！

Hey, isn't it simply great that we intend on charting "new
territories" at all levels? I am with you on this! Pretty
memories like this one lie in our hands then! But this one,
you took the initiative to create such a beautiful memory for
me~~~~I don't know I can be that relaxed even among the
craziest weeks and loads! And I was all willing to linger
longer that night..how worthwhile life is like that?:)
The hilarious part is when I "complained" about "things", you
rationalize it with and for me! So I feel so reaffirmed…But
when I am happy with "things", you are all supportive!
haha...however whiny I am about it all, I oscillate a lot. A
lot. I might think about going back resuming some "-ship"…
though apparently it would not, expectedly, make me happy.
